These terms and conditions regulate the purchase of products through the website of MANGIAMO ITALIANO PICCOLO DELI S.L., with address at C/ San Lorenzo, 14 1º Dcha, 07840 Santa Eulària des Riu (Ibiza, Spain), and with CIF: B-70971775.   1. Purchase Process and Collection in Store

    • All orders placed on our website must be collected in our physical store on the date and time selected during the purchase.
    • Once the order has been placed and payment confirmed, the customer will receive an email with the details of their purchase and information for pick-up.
    • If you are unable to pick up your order on the selected day, you can authorize another person to pick it up by presenting proof of purchase.

  1. Prices and Payment Methods

    • All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes.
    • Payments must be made online using the payment methods available on our website. Cash payments are not accepted at the time of pick-up.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

    • Returns and cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of an error in the order or a defect in the product.
    • If you detect a problem with your order, you must report it within a maximum of 24 hours after collection via  info@mangiamoibiza.com or at our establishment.
    • To assess a possible return or replacement, it will be necessary to provide evidence (photographs or return of the defective product to the store).

  1. Responsibility

    • MANGIAMO ITALIANO PICCOLO DELI S.L.will not be responsible for any improper use of the products once they have been delivered to the customer.
    • We are committed to offering products of the highest quality, but we are not responsible for incidents arising from improper storage or handling once collected.
    • In accordance with Article 103(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, perishable food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted once the order has been confirmed, except in cases of an error in the order or a defective product.

    • In case of dispute, the customer can contact our customer service to try to resolve the problem in a friendly manner.
